What you'll do:
You will be in a key leadership position responsible for driving supply chain planning excellence across the Asia Pacific region. This role focuses on process design, tool and solution development, capability building, and the execution of the SC digital transformation roadmap. You will support and drive the Group Supply Chain initiatives in AP and act as the SC Business Process Owner (BPO) for IT solutions, not only for planning but also for execution-related systems like SAP P2P and O2C streams, ensuring alignment with integrated business planning (IBP), enhancements, and performance monitoring.
In detail, you will:
Digital Transformation:

Execute the SC digital transformation roadmap, including SAP ECC, IBP, and other relevant systems.

Support the adoption and integration of digital tools across the supply chain.
Process Design and Capability Building:

Lead the design and development of supply chain planning processes.

Develop and implement tools and solutions to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.

Provide training and support to enhance the team's planning capabilities.
SC Business Process Owner (BPO):

Act as the Business Process Owner for IT solutions related to supply chain planning and execution.

Actively engage with the Planning COE community for improvements and initiatives.

Collaborate with IT partners to ensure alignment of business needs with IT capabilities.
SAP IBP Implementation and Enhancement:

Serve as the AP regional expert for SAP IBP, SAP P2P, and O2C.

Facilitate the increased usage of SAP IBP across the supply chain planning team.

Provide recommendations for SAP IBP enhancements based on user feedback and industry best practices.
Engagement with Sales Companies & Internal Factory:

Coordinate with sales companies within AP to ensure their needs and forecasts are adequately integrated into SAP IBP.

Ensure that the Production Planning view in IBP provides the necessary information for BA and Factory to validate capacity and perform scenario planning within the system.

Offer training sessions and workshops for sales companies and internal factories to boost their understanding and effective use of SAP IBP.
Master Data Management:

Ensure master data accuracy and completeness for an efficient SAP IBP process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, refine, and implement detailed master data as needed.

Identify gaps and inconsistencies in the master data and take corrective measures.
Continuous Learning & Training:

Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in SAP IBP.

Organize and attend training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, or Engineering. Master's Degree is preferred.

Relevant professional certifications such as ASCM (formerly known as APICS) CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) are a plus.

10+ years of experience in supply chain planning in a managerial or leadership role within a manufacturing or sales organization. Consulting experience is preferred in implementing SAP IBP, APO, P2P, and O2C.

Strong knowledge and experience with advanced supply chain planning tools, particularly SAP IBP, SAP P2P, and O2C.

Extensive experience with SAP IBP and other relevant supply chain planning tools.

Proven track record in executing digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain domain.

Experience in leading process design, capability building, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and IT partners.

Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize master data management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Strong background in KPI definition and performance monitoring within a global context.
-
Excellent Project Management skills and ideally experience with Lean six Sigma Continuous Improvement methodology.
-
Fluency in English both verbal and written.
-
Experience in utilizing (SAP ECC, SAP APO/SAP IBP, SAP BI, Power BI) and should be an Excel advance user.
Where you'll be:
You will be based in the Bangkok Office and report to Director S&OP & SC Planning AP.
