Group/Division
The Customer Engagement (CE) team is our field based, customer facing organization consisting of Technical Engagement Managers and Application Engineers. The team partners closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, software, and expertise, to help customers manage yield throughout their fabrication process—from research and development to final volume production. Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, partnering with our sales team in identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities & expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends. Partnering with our sales organization and factory divisions, this diverse and dynamic team helps ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Description
- The Technical Engagement Manager (TEM) is an important field-based contributor who possesses a unique combination of talents, skills and relationships.
- The TEM is engaged in technical value development in support of securing sales opportunities at key customers.
- In-depth technical knowledge and industry demands awareness are interchangeable with Division representatives as well as able to represent Division strategy /direction with customers.
- Technical credibility and insight allow the TEM to be viewed as a trusted advisor and advocate for the customer.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS or above degrees in semiconductor related field.
- At least 12 years of work experience in a semiconductor industry is required.
- Photolithography and overlay metrology experience is highly plus.
- Additional background in Product Marketing is strongly desirable.
- People managing experience is plus.
