Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a Program Analyst to join our team who can deliver dynamic operations and administrative support to a government space technology research and development (R&D) program. The position specifically supports NASA’s Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) program within the Agency’s Space Technology Mission Directorate (STMD). Work will support NASA and may be performed remotely. Occasional travel may be required for this position. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

Work with the SBIR/STTR Program Manager, Unit Leads, and existing contract staff to facilitate coordination, tracking, and support of SBIR awardees. 

• Implement and manage tailored communication plans for government clients.
• Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Use Constant Contact to conduct, track, and report on email campaigns including communications with SBIR proposers and awardees.
• Manage content development, review, and posting of web content in collaboration with government clients.
• Develop and manage content and strategies for social media accounts to increase engagement.
• Write, edit, and proofread various types of content, ensuring brand consistency.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, understanding and addressing their needs.
• Develop and distribute internal newsletters and updates to keep the team informed.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all communication materials and processes.

• Produce compelling and professionally aligned graphic design that maintains consistency with the client's brand.
• Create visual content and presentations for senior executives using PowerPoint and Excel.

• Support program knowledge management through appropriate use of Box or SharePoint to coordinate filesharing between internal and external partners.
• Engage with the help desk team to address client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and workshops.
• Conduct research to support communication strategies and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a program analyst with significant communication duties.
• Familiarity with NASA STMD and the SBIR/STTR program (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, proven ability to deliver on time, and ability to track multiple simultaneous projects with evolving requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
• Expert user of SharePoint, Constant Contact, and WordPress
• Experience supporting meeting facilitation, including coordinating invitations, securing meeting space and technologies (in-person, virtual, and hybrid), developing meeting materials, taking meeting minutes, and documenting follow-up actions
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 6+ years relevant work experience
• U.S. Citizen

Additional Information

• Salary Range $45,000 - $65,000
