Provides expert acquisition strategy, source selection, procurement planning, and negotiation support for U.S. Space Force procurements. Advises contracting officers and program leaders on FAR compliance, solicitation structures, contract types, competition strategies, acquisition risks, and negotiation objectives. Evaluates acquisition alternatives, contractor capabilities, costs, schedules, and performance requirements. Develops acquisition plans, evaluation criteria, source selection documentation, briefings, and award recommendations while coordinating with technical, legal, financial, and program stakeholders.

Provides senior expertise in government contracting for U.S. Space Force missions. Prepares, negotiates, administers, and monitors contracts and subcontracts; ensures regulatory and contractual compliance; evaluates costs, schedules, risks, and terms; advises management; supports proposals and modifications; resolves complex contractual issues; and develops contracting policies and procedures.

Manage the final closeout of assigned Government contracts by verifying deliverables, acceptance, financial and administrative completion, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Review contract files, identify and resolve outstanding actions, coordinate with contracting officers and stakeholders, track milestones and suspense dates, prepare closeout recommendations and status reports, maintain records, and support process improvements. The role requires handling multiple contracts in a structured Government contracting environment.

Establishes and maintains knowledge-management processes, repositories, collaboration tools, taxonomies, workflows, and documentation for classified U.S. Space Force programs. Organizes and validates information from multiple government stakeholders, develops dashboards and leadership products, supports SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence environments, and improves information accessibility, version control, and collaboration. The role also provides end-user assistance, manages sensitive data, documents lessons learned, and supports decision-making through accurate, actionable program knowledge.

Provides acquisition management and program analysis support for complex DoD space programs. Responsibilities include analyzing cost, schedule, performance, funding, requirements, and acquisition data; coordinating taskers and deliverables; supporting acquisition planning and program execution; preparing executive briefings and decision materials; tracking risks and impacts; and developing recommendations for Government leadership and stakeholders.

Manages training programs supporting U.S. Space Force missions, including needs assessments, curriculum development, scheduling, resource coordination, instructor and stakeholder engagement, delivery support, records management, and effectiveness evaluation. Develops reports, dashboards, briefings, and training communications while ensuring compliance with government policies and security requirements. The role requires coordination across geographically dispersed teams and handling classified information in a SCIF environment.

Develops and edits executive communications, briefings, reports, presentations, talking points, and messaging products for U.S. Space Force organizations. Translates complex technical, acquisition, and programmatic information into clear content for varied audiences. Coordinates with senior leaders, subject matter experts, program offices, and communications teams; validates information; manages concurrent assignments; and handles classified materials while supporting strategic communication objectives.

Provides high-level administrative and executive support to U.S. Space Force leadership in a classified environment. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, executive correspondence and briefing preparation, tasker and suspense tracking, travel coordination, records maintenance, stakeholder communication, and handling sensitive information. The role requires extensive government or corporate executive support experience, active TS/SCI eligibility, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Defense Travel System, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Provides senior acquisition management and advisory support for classified and unclassified space programs. Aligns acquisition activities, funding, manpower, requirements, contracts, milestones, and decision points; develops acquisition strategies and documentation; analyzes cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs; coordinates Government, contractor, and mission-partner stakeholders; supports source selection, program reviews, executive briefings, and leadership decision-making.

Provides business development, strategic planning, and technical advisory support to Air Force Research Laboratory space warfare and information and spectrum warfare directorates. Evaluates emerging technology, R&D, investment, acquisition, partnership, and transition opportunities; develops business cases, strategic recommendations, market analyses, technology roadmaps, and leadership briefings. Builds relationships across government, industry, academia, and technical organizations while supporting long-term planning and future warfighter capability development.

Provides senior acquisition and program management support for Defense Health Agency medical product programs. Responsibilities include acquisition planning, DoD policy analysis, capability requirements, PPBE, program documentation, milestone planning, schedules, risk management, cost analysis, market research, testing coordination, technology transition, and stakeholder engagement across government, industry, medical, technical, and regulatory organizations.

Provides senior scientific and engineering advisory support to AFRL space warfare and information and spectrum warfare programs. Evaluates emerging technologies, conducts technical studies and trade analyses, supports research and development, advises on technology investments and transition strategies, and prepares technical recommendations for government leadership. Requires advanced engineering or science education, substantial experience, space or information and spectrum technology expertise, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Provides project management support to Government Program Managers overseeing the BioFabUSA Manufacturing Innovation Institute. Responsibilities include monitoring cost, schedule, and performance; coordinating government, industry, and academic stakeholders; preparing reports and briefings; tracking deliverables and program data; supporting meetings, reviews, budgets, travel, and documentation; and assisting initiatives involving biotechnology, tissue engineering, advanced manufacturing, and medical product development.

Develop and enhance telemetry processing and mission ground-system applications supporting ISS, SLS, Artemis, and future human spaceflight missions. Responsibilities include .NET Core and web application development, distributed systems, relational databases, network programming, automated testing, and Agile collaboration. The role also supports modernization from VMware environments to Kubernetes and OpenShift containers, GitLab-based DevSecOps practices, and the reliability, usability, and performance of mission-critical systems.

Supports Space Development Agency spectrum management and authorization for satellite and ground systems. Develops DD Form 1494 requests, frequency plans, ITU API packages, and technical analyses. Uses DoD and NTIA spectrum tools, evaluates RF interference and electromagnetic compatibility, coordinates with government and industry stakeholders, and shepherds approvals through federal spectrum management organizations. Provides technical briefings and acquisition support for space-based communications and transport capabilities.

Supports customer-facing systems integration and DevSecOps initiatives from proof of concept through operational deployment. Evaluates technical solutions, coordinates developers and cybersecurity teams, troubleshoots distributed systems and integration issues, supports CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, testing, security authorization, and deployment. The role requires clear technical communication, ownership of ambiguous problems, and experience with GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka, Linux, and software integration.

Provides engineering and scientific support to AFRL space and information warfare research, development, experimentation, and technology transition programs. Conducts technical research, analysis, assessments, and technology evaluations; supports testing, demonstrations, integration, requirements development, roadmapping, and risk identification. Develops technical reports and briefings, participates in reviews and technical forums, collaborates with government and industry stakeholders, and communicates findings to technical and nontechnical audiences. Requires an active TS/SCI clearance and on-site work at Kirtland Air Force Base as needed.

Provides senior-level program analysis and management support for CBRN defense acquisition programs. Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, developing dashboards and executive reports, monitoring schedules and milestones, identifying risks and trends, supporting program reviews and acquisition activities, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, preparing decision-support materials, and tracking actions through completion. The role also mentors junior analysts and supports senior government leadership.

Provides senior scientific and engineering advisory support to AFRL leadership, evaluating advanced technology portfolios, conducting systems engineering analyses, trade studies, and technical assessments, and recommending research, development, acquisition, and transition strategies. The role supports space and information warfare technologies, prepares executive-level briefings and reports, participates in technical review forums, and collaborates across government, industry, academia, and research organizations.

Leads data strategy, analytics, visualization, reporting, governance, and knowledge-management initiatives supporting Army medical systems acquisition and program execution. Integrates and analyzes complex datasets, develops dashboards and predictive models, establishes data-quality practices, and communicates actionable recommendations to government leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Supports data and document migration, executive briefings, logistics analysis, forecasting, and decision support.
