Provides business development, strategic planning, and technical advisory support to AFRL space warfare and information and spectrum warfare directorates. Evaluates emerging technologies, R&D programs, partnerships, investments, and acquisition or transition pathways; develops business cases, strategic recommendations, market analyses, briefings, and technology strategies. Prepares DD Form 1494 and ITU API packages, develops NTIA and ITU-compliant frequency plans, performs RF interference and electromagnetic compatibility analyses, and coordinates approvals with government, industry, and spectrum-management organizations. Tracks authorization actions, resolves interference concerns, prepares technical reports and briefings, and provides RF engineering support for space-based communications and transport capabilities.

Leads software test engineering for Army CSC2 System of Systems capabilities. Plans and executes functional, interoperability, automated, and cybersecurity testing; manages Agile schedules, DevSecOps pipelines, test frameworks, traceability, technical documentation, risks, and release readiness. Reviews contractor deliverables, develops performance specifications and interface documentation, supports acquisition and systems engineering teams, and facilitates technical working groups and program reviews.

Leads enterprise architecture for a DoD biosurveillance platform, developing DoDAF and UAF products, data models, ingestion pipelines, integration strategies, governance standards, and cloud-native architectures. Guides software vendors and collaborates with engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and government stakeholders. Supports technical reviews, acquisition planning, cybersecurity alignment, Zero Trust, and AI/ML-enabled data platforms.

Provide cradle-to-grave federal acquisition support for CDC’s Office of Acquisition Services. Responsibilities include procurement planning, market research, solicitation development, proposal and technical evaluations, pricing analysis, contract awards, modifications, option exercises, closeouts, reporting, and contract administration. Maintain complete procurement files and advise program offices on acquisition requirements while supporting compliance with FAR, HHSAR, and federal procurement regulations.

Develop and support mission-critical telemetry processing and application systems for ISS, SLS, and Artemis ground missions. Responsibilities include software development with Angular, ReactJS, C#, JavaScript, and .NET Core; distributed systems, network programming, relational databases, automated testing, and agile practices. The role also supports migration from VMware environments to Kubernetes/OpenShift containers and uses GitLab and DevSecOps practices while collaborating with stakeholders on performance, usability, and operational requirements.

Supports execution of a federal CBRND program by tracking tasks, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items. Provides analytical support for Life Cycle Cost Estimates and ACEIT-based cost estimates, including data collection, validation, documentation, and review. Prepares leadership briefings, reports, spreadsheets, and trackers; coordinates meetings and working groups; maintains SharePoint content; and communicates updates and findings across program management, technical, financial, and cost-estimating teams.

Lead planning and execution of DoD experimentation events to evaluate and mature software technologies for CWMD missions. Coordinate with government and industry partners, operate the LVC sandbox, develop SOPs, train team members, deliver demonstrations and briefings, capture metrics and feedback, and produce post-event reports and assessments.

Provide administrative and program support for federal learning and talent development programs: manage LMS enrollments and schedules, coordinate vendors and offsite trainings, maintain SharePoint and tracking systems, support selection and budget tracking, document stakeholder meetings, produce communications, and travel quarterly to NASA centers.

Provide senior acquisition and program management support for CBRN enabling technologies. Lead complex analytical efforts, advise government leadership on strategy and execution, develop executive briefings and dashboards, analyze performance and risks, coordinate cross-organizational initiatives, manage budget and resource reporting, mentor junior analysts, and drive process improvements to meet customer priorities and schedules.

Provides senior-level program analysis and management support for CBRN defense programs. Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, developing dashboards and executive reports, tracking schedules and milestones, identifying risks and trends, supporting acquisition activities, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, preparing briefings and official documentation, and providing data-driven recommendations to government leadership.

Support Marine Corps financial management through cost estimates, budget execution analysis, reconciliations, USSGL transaction review, dashboards and visualizations, audit readiness, and leadership reporting.

Support Marine Corps Budget & Execution by developing financial plans, forecasts, cost estimates, and budget execution analysis; manage reconciliation and reporting across financial systems; provide DAI and Oracle analytics expertise; improve system integrations, assist audit readiness and internal controls, and advise leadership on financial management and corrective actions.
