JOB PURPOSE

Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world.  The purpose of the role is to lead the strategic development and execution of brand marketing plans that drive growth, strengthen brand equity, and deliver business results. The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for identifying consumer insights, managing brand performance, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company’s vision and market dynamics.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Support and implement the brand marketing plan, by identifying opportunities and responding to consumers’ needs, to be able to deliver the brand and category financial results. 
  • Reviewing the progress and success of a brand campaign based on the KPIs, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.
  • Assess and monitor continuously the brand performance and brand health; prepare share analysis per brand recommend actions talking into account local market development, trends, drivers, consumers’ attitudes, and behaviours in the category.
  • Offer support in conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaign.
  • Identify and develop business opportunity when there is an unmet need based on consumer research and best practice of Unilever mix following the proper approval procedures. 
  • Initiate all media briefs according to brand strategy and allocated budget & coordinate the creation of all media assets.
  • Managing the allocated advertising budget for responsible brand

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Some roles may prefer or require a Master’s degree (e.g., MBA).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing brands, including launching campaigns and driving brand equity.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end projects, with great responsibility and accountability on deadlines and performance KPI tracking
  • Ability to work both independently, but also collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong capability of data analysis (consumer, financial, market trends) and integrate the insights throughout marketing campaigns/business to drive better results.
  • Capability of developing strong team relationships and collaborate with functional departments to plan integrated marketing campaigns
