Job Summary

The SAT Product Administrator supports product operations by entering, updating, and maintaining standardized annuity product information within the SAT platform. This role follows established procedures and templates to ensure product records are accurate, complete, and available for agent use. SAT is an internal platform that enables agents to access product information and support sales activity.

Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Enter and update annuity product information in the SAT platform using established templates, guidelines, and standardized formats
  • Review carrier communications and internal requests for routine product updates, escalating questions or unclear information to the appropriate team member
  • Maintain product records by making approved updates to rates, availability, forms, and other standard product fields
  • Follow defined processes to complete updates by required effective dates and within assigned timelines
  • Check completed entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submitting or marking updates as complete
  • Communicate with internal team members to clarify routine update requests and confirm required information
  • Organize assigned product update tasks and maintain documentation in accordance with department standards
  • Identify and report data issues, missing information, or process concerns to the appropriate team member for review

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient with computers and web-based data entry systems
  • Ability to interpret and organize information from multiple sources
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete updates within defined timelines
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
