Job DescriptionScope of assignment
- Support Accounting team in preparing Invoice verification weekly payment, TEC process, monthly WHT reports, arranging, filing, and archiving accounting documents based on company procedures.
- Assist in fixed asset management including physical counting, tagging, system maintenance and preparation of documents.
- Assist in implementing company’s projects like testing new systems and process flows.
- Support Administration routines are simple, communicated and monitored to help the co-workers to understand and apply office routines.
- Involve office Indirect procurement tendering and contracting by following cost-efficient and compliant working methods and Manage vendor performance regularly.
- Other ad-hoc assignments required by the supervisor.
Key deliverables
- Give intern the opportunity to gain real work experience.
- Process daily accounting works smoothly.
- Support administration-accounting team with assignments efficiently
- 3rd - 4th year student or fresh graduate (maximum 3 months after graduation).
- Good communication in English and proactive attitude
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Good knowledge of finance & accounting fields; and
- Interested in Accounting – Tax – Legal and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Expected Internship Period: 6 months (from Agustus 2025 to Jan 2026)
- Details on time invested: Mondays - Fridays
- Working Location: IKEA Supply AG Indonesia Representative office, Alam Sutera, Tangerang
