Job Description

• Analysing and identifying areas for improvement and optimization using SAP EWM, communication of them to development team
• Ensuring system availability and giving support for the warehouse operation (contact to SAP solution teams, ticket management, resolving system defects)
• Coordination of system knowledge retention program (onboarding- and continuous key user trainings)
• Elaboration of process descriptions, comprehensive training materials and performing process confirmations
• Supporting of process enhancements, definition of requirements of the warehouse, UX feedback to development team
• Coordination and execution of various tests, creation of business request towards the central development team

Qualifications

• Bachelors or master’s in economics or information systems, computer science, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in working with the SAP WM/EWM Module
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in various areas of supply chain, knowledge of processes and practices for warehouse operations
• Experience in end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and configuration is an advantage
• Good organizational skills, time-management, self-motivated, proactive attitude
• Excellent and assertive communication skills to successfully convey the warehouse business requests to development team
• Active English language proficiency (written and oral)
