Robert Bosch Power Tool Elektromos Szerszágyártó Kft. was founded in Miskolc in November 2001, and today it has become a determining factor not only within the company group, but also in the region, becoming the largest Bosch power tool factory worldwide.
Our main products are:

- Blue power tools for industrial use
- Batteries for eBike and power tools

Job Description
• Support definition, implementation, optimization and documentation of innovative logistics processes covering customer order processing, last mile delivery, consignment management and other outbound distribution processes for Power Tools. In focus are all finished goods distribution processes including distribution center integration, shipping as well as delivery processes towards our B2B or D2C customers.
• Identify and initiate processes changes in close collaboration with our global IT organization, including requirements from the users as well as norms, standards and other processes
• Secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards
• Drive digitalization and automation in the relevant logistics process chains i.e. working with process mining or other analytical tools
• Monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and support implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities
• Train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes e.g. by managing user tests and trainings
• Support communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment
Qualifications
• Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) with focus on Supply Chain Management
• 2-5 years of work experience in consulting or consumer goods industry
• Extensive experience in sales and distribution processes (beneficial experience in supply chain or warehouse management)
• Knowledge in SAP ERP SD and LE, TM or WM, if possible in S/4HANA
• Experience in SAP implementation projects (e.g. as sub-project leader, key user or consultant)
• Ability to analyze, define, implement, change and document processes
• Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm
• Good communication skills, fluent in English, training and moderation skills
• Ready to work in an international environment
