The role works closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate logistics requirements into scalable TM designs, ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and external systems, and drive process improvements in cost, service level, and visibility.

Set up and maintain master data relevant to TM (locations, transportation lanes, resources, schedules, calendars, carrier profiles).
Configure and support integration between SAP TM and SAP S/4HANA (SD, MM, LE, EWM, FI/CO) and/or SAP ERP, plus external carrier/3PL systems via EDI/API.
Design and support processes for tendering, carrier selection, track‑and‑trace, and freight cost calculation and posting.
Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and forms; collaborate with technical teams for development and testing.
Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; manage defect resolution and regression testing.
Deliver end‑user training, process documentation, and cutover activities during deployments and rollouts.
Provide post‑go‑live support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations for TM processes.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Order Management, Warehousing, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service) to ensure end‑to‑end process alignment.
Stay current on SAP TM and S/4HANA roadmap, best practices, and new features; advise stakeholders on adoption.
