Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the SAP technical stack, including S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori, and legacy environments, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional technical team of BASIS administrators, Security specialists, ABAP developers, and Integration architects.
- Govern the Development Lifecycle by enforcing coding standards, and best practices for ABAP and Fiori development.
- Oversee SAP BASIS and Infrastructure, including system refreshes, kernel upgrades, HANA database management, and hyperscaler (AWS/Azure/GCP) coordination.
- Define and enforce SAP Security and GRC frameworks, ensuring robust user access controls, data privacy, and successful audit compliance across all environments.
- Drive the Integration Strategy leveraging SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, and API Management to ensure seamless connectivity between SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Lead Technical Upgrade projects, including S/4HANA release upgrades, patching cycles, and the adoption of new Fiori applications to enhance user experience.
- Manage vendor relationships and SLAs with external service providers, ensuring that technical support and project deliverables meet organizational standards.
- Direct Disaster Recovery and High Availability planning, conducting regular drills and risk assessments to ensure business continuity.
