New Era Technology, an SAP Gold Partner, is seeking a Freelance SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding & Recruiting Architect to support pre-sales and delivery engagements for global customers across the US and Middle East. If you’re a domain expert with a strong pre-sales mindset and technical mastery in ONB & RCM, we’d love to hear from you.
🔍 Role OverviewPosition: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding & Recruiting Architect
Type: Freelance / Project-Based
Location: Remote
Start: Immediate (Pre-sales phase, followed by delivery on project win)
Minimum 5 end-to-end implementations in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding & Recruiting (RCM)
Experience in both US (Public & Private Sector) and Middle East (Saudi & UAE) implementations
Expertise in legacy data migration/load into SuccessFactors ONB & RCM
Strong knowledge of Inbound and Outbound integrations with ONB/RCM
Proven experience integrating ONB/RCM with other SuccessFactors modules
Deep expertise in solution architecture, requirement gathering, client demos, and pre-sales support
Must have access to personal demo environments for SuccessFactors ONB & RCM
Willing to support multiple pursuits (pre-sales and delivery) as they arise
Engagement governed under a strict NDA & confidentiality agreement
Initial involvement in pre-sales efforts (fully reimbursed)
Project delivery work will follow upon successful bid outcomes
Flexibility to support multiple global SF ONB & RCM projects as needed
