Job DescriptionSupport SAP SuccessFactors initiatives with a focus on Learning and/or Recruiting solutions. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, support HR process design, and contribute to system configuration and optimization activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes.
- Support the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Learning to meet organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Provide consulting and/or support services for SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
- Previous experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting or support.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementation and administration.
- Experience configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Ability to gather requirements and design HR-related processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
Additional Valued Experience
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification.
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting certification.
- Knowledge of Talent Management or Performance Management modules.
