About the Role
Turium AI is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors implementation certified Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation and ongoing improvement of enterprise HR and payroll solutions.
This is a hands-on consulting role. We are looking for someone who can work directly with customers, understand business requirements, configure SuccessFactors modules, troubleshoot issues and take ownership of delivery—not someone focused only on high-level architecture or documentation.
You will work across SAP SuccessFactors, enterprise integrations and Turium AI products to help customers modernise and automate their HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with HR, payroll, IT and business stakeholders.
- Gather requirements and translate them into practical SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure, test and deploy SuccessFactors modules.
- Support implementation, upgrades, enhancements and production issues.
- Prepare configuration workbooks, functional specifications and process documentation.
- Configure workflows, business rules, permissions, notifications and approval processes.
- Manage role-based permissions and security configurations.
- Support data migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
- Design and support integrations with payroll, finance, identity management and third-party systems.
- Work with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, OData services and middleware teams.
- Perform system testing, integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Investigate defects, identify root causes and implement sustainable fixes.
- Support cutover, go-live and post-production stabilisation.
- Provide customer demonstrations, training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using Turium AI.

Required Experience
- At least 4 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting or implementation experience.
- Experience delivering at least two end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations or major upgrades.
- Strong functional configuration experience in Employee Central and one or more additional modules.
- Good understanding of HR, payroll, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience configuring workflows, business rules, MDF objects, foundation objects and role-based permissions.
- Experience with data migration tools, integration centre, APIs and reporting.
- Ability to create functional specifications and work effectively with technical developers.
- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
Desirable Experience
- SAP SuccessFactors certification.
- Experience with Employee Central Payroll or Australian payroll requirements.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP or SAP Integration Suite.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with identity platforms, payroll systems and enterprise applications.
- Experience working with Australian government or large enterprise customers.
- Understanding of privacy, security, audit and data-residency requirements.
- Interest in applying AI and intelligent automation to HR processes.
