Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions across US, EMEA, and APAC requirements. Responsibilities include business rules, workflows, MDF objects, APIs, integrations, data loads, data extraction, requirements gathering, testing, production deployment, documentation, and ongoing support. The consultant collaborates with business stakeholders, product managers, analysts, SAP, service providers, and international teams to deliver people technology projects and roadmap initiatives.

- Experience in SAP API’s, Integration Centre & system integrations
- Familiar with Data migration, imports, data loads extraction
- Knowledge of AI (SAP and others) capabilities & automation
- Understand HR processes, country specific requirements over APAC, EMEA & US
- Ability to assess impacts, dependencies, risks and requirement gathering during workshops
- A strong understanding of all modules within the Success Factors suite
- Ability to work with Product Manager, Business Analyst and business stakeholders
- Work with the People Tech team to help deliver projects on time
- Ability to collaborate effectively with our service providers, SAP, Effective people etc.

- Experience gathering requirements and assessing impacts, dependencies, and risks
