Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for a 6-month contract. In this dynamic role, you will help our clients leverage SAP SuccessFactors to enhance their human resources processes, from recruitment to employee development. Your expertise in SuccessFactors will be instrumental in optimizing HR operations and supporting the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements to design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to their HR needs.
- Configure and enhance SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other HR and business systems.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for HR teams to maximize the effective use of SuccessFactors.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to SuccessFactors functionalities and integrations.
- Document system configurations, user guides, and best practices for future reference.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and features in SAP SuccessFactors to provide optimal solutions to clients.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, particularly in the context of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing various SuccessFactors modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address client issues effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Experience in user training and change management processes is preferred.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to commit to the full 6-month contract period.
