Seeking an experienced HCM Middle East Payroll with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead Consultant/Architect with a strong consulting background, proven expertise in global HR transformations, and hands-on experience delivering complex multi-country rollouts.
- Lead implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors EC with Middle East Payroll.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and design payroll solutions aligned with local compliance.
- Configure EC modules and payroll rules, ensuring seamless integration.
- Provide guidance on statutory requirements (GOSI, WPS, gratuity, end-of-service benefits, etc.).
