We are looking for an SAP Senior Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join our consulting team in Italy. You will help international customers design and implement end-to-end transportation solutions while contributing your expertise throughout the SAP project lifecycle.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design and implement end-to-end transportation processes using SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
- Take ownership of functional workstreams, from requirements analysis and solution design through configuration, testing and go-live.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for customer-specific solutions.
- Lead and contribute to customer workshops, providing clear recommendations and feasible improvement options.
- Integrate SAP TM with related solutions, including SAP ERP, EWM, GTS and Event Management.
- Support deployment and stabilisation activities, resolving issues and helping customers successfully adopt new transportation processes.
Your Expertise
- At least 5–7 years of relevant SAP TM consulting experience.
- Functional expertise demonstrated through at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
- Strong SAP TM process design, configuration, testing and implementation skills.
- Good cross-module knowledge and a solid understanding of end-to-end logistics and transportation processes.
- Consulting experience across different industries, with the ability to identify optimisation opportunities and present clear solution options.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Italian, combined with strong customer communication skills and willingness to travel when required.

Skills Required
- 4+ years of experience in SAP TM design, configuration, testing, and implementation
- At least 2 full life-cycle implementations of SAP TM
- Strong configuration and design skills for SAP TM
- Experience integrating SAP TM with ERP, EWM, GTS, EM
- Good cross-module knowledge to design end-to-end logistics processes
- Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills in English and Italian
- Passion for logistics and understanding of transportation/end-to-end processes
- Experience across various industries with transportation process knowledge
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages
