The RoleAs an SAP Security Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing SAP security administration, support, and governance services for DyFlex clients. You will work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access management across SAP systems.The ideal candidate will possess strong SAP Security and Authorization expertise and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day SAP Security support for multiple customers across managed service environments.
- Design, create, modify, and maintain SAP roles, profiles, and authorizations.
- Perform user administration activities, including user creation, modification, lock/unlock, and access provisioning.
- Investigate and resolve SAP authorization issues and security-related incidents.
- Support SAP audits by providing security documentation, analysis, and remediation activities.
- Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and identify security risks.
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions where applicable.
- Support SAP system upgrades, enhancements, and project activities from a security perspective.
- Monitor security compliance and recommend improvements to security processes and controls.
- Collaborate with customers and internal consulting teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Document support activities, procedures, and security configurations in accordance with established standards.
- Participate in on-call and after-hours support activities when required.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Security and Authorization support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP role design, authorization concepts, and user administration.
- Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Experience troubleshooting authorization and access-related issues.
- Understanding of SAP transport management and change control processes.
- Experience with SAP Fiori security concepts and authorization structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP security administration.
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA Database Security, or SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Experience supporting global customers across multiple regions.
- SAP Security certification(s).
- ITIL Foundation certification.
