Provide ongoing SAP Finance application support in an AMS environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, functional analysis, SAP configuration, testing, documentation, and support for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting. The role is remote within the Philippines and requires strong SAP Finance expertise, customer communication, and independent problem-solving.

Lead the design and delivery of SAP supply chain solutions across SD, MM, and EWM. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, designing end-to-end solutions, documenting functional architecture, supporting integrations, leading configuration and testing, managing deployment and hypercare, advising senior stakeholders, mentoring consultants, and driving supply chain process improvements.

Leads SAP Finance functional delivery across General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, Project Systems, and Group Reporting. Designs and configures S/4HANA solutions, leads architecture and integration, manages enhancements and backlogs, mentors analysts and Agile teams, and supports releases, testing, upgrades, and cutovers. Partners with finance leaders to improve processes, reporting, automation, and system integrity while translating business requirements into scalable solutions.

Lead end-to-end SAP transformation projects across SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, ECC, integrations, and hybrid environments. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, stakeholder management, financial and vendor oversight, RAID management, workshops, testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live handover. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering medium to large-scale SAP programs using SAP Activate methodology.

Design, implement, test, and administer SAP security solutions across on-premise and cloud environments. Lead complex security projects including role redesigns, S/4HANA conversions, upgrades, RISE migrations, Fiori security implementations, and greenfield designs. Advise on SAP security architecture, access provisioning, GRC, BTP security, and business process alignment. Resolve access issues, manage audits, document solutions, and provide expert guidance throughout project and operational lifecycles.

Manage and grow a portfolio of SAP clients across Adelaide, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point. Monitor customer health, satisfaction, and solution adoption; coordinate with delivery and support teams; identify expansion opportunities; conduct business reviews; support renewals and negotiations; and maintain CRM records. The role requires strong B2B relationship management, commercial judgment, executive communication, organization, and SAP, ERP, or SaaS experience.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP Private Cloud ERP solutions (greenfield and brownfield). Translate business requirements into scalable SAP architectures, provide technical/functional leadership from pre-sales to Aftercare, mentor consultants, and keep solutions aligned with SAP best practices and product roadmaps (S/4HANA, BTP).

Lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance & Controlling engagements, facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops, provide principal-level functional expertise, manage senior stakeholders, mentor consultants, contribute to governance and risk management, scope upcoming implementations, and travel as required across Australia.
