HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD/TM/OTM Lead - Techno Functional Analyst Lead to join our organization in Rock Hill, United States. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our SAP Sales and Distribution module while providing technical guidance to cross-functional teams. You will serve as a subject matter expert, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, and drive continuous improvement in our enterprise resource planning systems.

  • Lead the functional analysis, design, and configuration of SAP SD/TM/OTM module to meet business requirements and organizational objectives
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed technical specifications
  • Design and implement SAP SD/TM/OTM solutions, including customizations, enhancements, and integrations with other SAP modules (TM/FI/OTM/ELISA/MM/GATP)
  • Mentor and guide junior functional analysts and team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and develop technical documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery and on-time implementation
  • Analyze and optimize existing SAP SD/TM/OTM processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance system performance
  • Manage change requests, provide post-implementation support, and support system upgrades with minimal business disruption
  • Stay current with SAP SD/TM/OTM best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend process improvements and conduct user training programs
  • Good to have S4H Greenfield Implementation and Support and Development project experience.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or another related field and 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD/TM/OTM module implementation, configuration, and support, OR 14+ years of related experience if no Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong expertise in SAP SD business processes, including sales order management, billing, and delivery
  • Proficiency in SAP configuration tools and customization techniques
  • Solid understanding of SAP system architecture and integration with other modules (TM, OTM, GATP, EWM,MM, FI, CO)
  • Experience with data analysis and report development
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with change management and user adoption strategies
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Continental is able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity.
