We are looking for a skilled SAP SD Consultant to lead the Sales and Distribution workstream in a cross-regional S/4HANA implementation project within the life sciences industry. This role combines solution delivery with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that global standards and local EU-specific requirements are fully addressed.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead the SAP SD track, managing both SAP consultants and customer-side resources across regions
• Design and implement sales and distribution solutions that meet the needs of both the business and IT stakeholders
• Ensure solutions are aligned with global-template standards from headquarters while addressing localization needs in EU countries
• Collaborate with business and IT teams across multiple geographies to validate and refine SD solutions
• Manage workstream planning, resource coordination, and progress tracking
• Support key project phases including design, testing, training, and go-live
• Act as the main point of contact for SD-related topics across the implementation team

• Extensive experience with SAP SD module in global implementation projects, preferably in S/4HANA environments
• Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities
• In-depth understanding of EU localization requirements within the SD domain
• Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology and integration with other SAP modules
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the life sciences industry is an advantage
• Fluent in English
