Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :
Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM modules (PY, PA, TM, OM) to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze business processes and recommend SAP best practices.

Support and maintain SAP integrations with third-party payroll providers and HR systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to SAP HCM.
Perform system testing, UAT support, and end-user training for new implementations and enhancements.
Work closely with ABAP developers for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
Provide ongoing production support, system upgrades, and patch implementations.
Educational qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, MBA or a related field.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Core Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), and Organizational Management (OM). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP HCM modules, strong technical skills in configuration, and the ability to work with business users to implement and enhance SAP solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM, with strong expertise in PY, PA, TM, and OM.
Experience with SAP Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage type configuration, and payroll processing cycles.
Strong understanding of Time Evaluation, absence and attendance rules, work schedules, and time quota configurations.
Knowledge of PA infotypes, personnel actions, dynamic actions, and master data maintenance.
Expertise in Organizational Management (OM) – structure maintenance, relationships, and evaluation paths.
Hands-on experience in SAP integrations with third-party HR and payroll systems.
Ability to troubleshoot SAP HCM issues and provide quick resolutions.
Experience working with ABAP developers for technical enhancements and custom reports.
Strong knowledge of SAP HCM security roles and authorizations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
SAP HCM Certification (Preferred but not mandatory).
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration.
Exposure to Fiori apps for HR and SAP UI5.
Knowledge of Payroll control center (PCC) and HR Renewal functionalities.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM.
