The SAP S/4HANA Test Developer will design, develop, maintain, and execute test assets for a DoW SAP S/4HANA implementation operating within an Agile SAFe framework. This role will support functional, technical, configuration, security, Fiori, integration, negative, regression, exploratory, UAT, and end-to-end testing across SAP business processes, interfaces, data conversions, and integrated systems.
Responsibilities:
The developer will collaborate with government stakeholders, system integrators, functional and technical SMEs, interface teams, security personnel, and the Government UAT Lead to validate system designs, configurations, business processes, and release readiness. The role will also support UAT planning and execution, entrance and exit criteria, test evidence collection, reporting, and production-readiness assessments.
- Translating business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows into test scenarios, test cases, scripts, procedures, and test data;
- Maintaining traceability in the Requirements Traceability Matrix;
- Executing tests;
- Documenting results and defects; participating in defect triage;
- Analyzing failed tests;
- Developing corrective actions;
- Performing retesting and regression testing.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, engineering, accounting, supply chain, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
- 5+ years of software quality assurance, test development, or test execution experience on enterprise business systems.
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on SAP testing experience, preferably supporting an SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, modernization, upgrade, or major enhancement release.
- Experience supporting testing through multiple phases, including functional testing, system/integration testing, regression testing, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- DoD Secret Clearance

- Experience working in a structured delivery environment using Agile methods; familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is strongly preferred.
- Prior DoD or federal supply chain / logistics experience
