Role Overview
We are seeking a SAP Data Migration Specialist to lead the migration of master and transactional data from SAP Business One to S/4HANA for a manufacturing client. The role owns the migration strategy, cleansing, mapping, load execution, and reconciliation using the SAP Migration Cockpit.
Key Responsibilities
- Migration Tooling: Execute migrations using SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC / LTMOM).
- Data Mapping: Map B1 objects (materials, BOMs, vendors, customers, GL, open items) to S/4HANA structures.
- Cleansing: Lead data quality assessment, cleansing, and deduplication of legacy B1 data.
- ETL: Build extract-transform-load routines and staging/validation processes.
- Reconciliation: Define and execute validation and reconciliation against source and target.
- Cutover: Support mock loads, dress rehearsals, and production cutover loads.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. SAP data migration / S/4HANA certification an asset.
Experience (Years / Type): 5-10 / SAP data migration

Skills Required
- 5-10 years of SAP data migration experience
- Experience migrating from SAP Business One to S/4HANA
- Experience using SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC / LTMOM)
