Lead business discovery, functional solution design, project scoping, demonstrations, and presales for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Designs and delivers enterprise-scale data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure services. Builds scalable ETL/ELT, batch, real-time, and distributed data processing solutions with Python, SQL, PySpark, and Spark SQL. Develops AI-ready data foundations supporting RAG, vector search, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, and LLM initiatives. Implements governance, security, quality, monitoring, semantic models, and analytics support while providing technical leadership, mentoring, client collaboration, and architecture guidance.

Design, deploy, and own a highly available SCVMM 2025 infrastructure on Windows Server 2025. Integrate external SQL Server FCI, Active Directory, Hyper-V clusters, iSCSI SAN storage, VLAN networks, and VMware vCenter for DR visibility. Configure HA, DKM, SPNs, service accounts, and fabric components, then produce SOPs and lead operational handoff sessions. VM migration, host bare-metal deployment, SDN, and DR replication workflows are out of scope.
