You have:

  • Deep end‑to‑end retail process understanding
  • Strong cross‑functional breadth (Finance + O2C + P2P + Supply Chain)
  • Hands‑on experience embedding test automation into SAP programs
  • The credibility to lead business, SI partners, and automation teams

Must‑Have SAP Functional Background:

  • 10–15+ years SAP experience
  • At least one full S/4HANA transformation
  • Strong functional depth in at least one, and working knowledge of all:
  • Finance: FI, CO, R2R, integrations with SD/MM
  • Sales: SD, O2C, pricing, promotions
  • Logistics: MM, inventory, sourcing, warehouse processes
  • Experience with:
  • Cross‑module integration
  • S/4 simplifications vs ECC
  • IDocs, APIs, and middleware touchpoints
  • Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
  • Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel
