In the world of Red Bull, everyone is welcome. The SAP Project Specialist acts upon the global IT strategy, is responsible for the coordination of the different SAP initiatives across LATAM.
In close alignment with the local and global finance teams, as well as the local and global IT teams, the SAP Project Specialist creates a prioritized development roadmap as a basis for our business planning cycles, the development and sprint planning as well as the transportation of changes within the SAP system.
The SAP Project Specialist ensures the quality of the different e-governance and tax modules by checking the development and customization done by the external partners. They align closely with the SAP business application team at Headquarters to ensure knowledge exchange and awareness of upcoming projects. Apart of the e-governance topic, the SAP Project Specialist is ensuring a high support quality of SAP support by aligning overall support KPIs with the global teams and by analyzing and escalating critical tickets.
Job Description
E-GOVERNANCE ROADMAP
- Business alignment with the finance organization across LATAM.
- Timely identification of critical initiatives.
- Assessment of automation and harmonization initiatives and their business case.
- Effort estimates with external development partners.
- Prioritization of these initiatives with the finance organization.
- Alignment of the topics with the Headquarter teams.
- Finalization of roadmap and reflection in Business Planning.
DEVELOPMENT PLANNING
- Fine planning of roadmap after budget confirmation.
- Thorough project management of individual roadmap items.
- High quality communication with all involved stakeholders.
QUALITY ENSURANCE
- Ensuring high quality of external development / customization.
- Up to date documentation for all developments / customization.
- Coordinated transportation over the different systems.
- Root cause analysis for post transportation issues and reflection of findings for the future.
- Development of metrics for quality and visualization of quality KPIs on a dashboard.
SAP SUPPORT COORDINATION
- Identification of critical SAP services and their support teams.
- Monitoring of support KPIs across these services.
- Identification of improvement areas and realization of identified measures.
- Troubleshooting and escalation handling for critical issues.
Qualifications
Degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent experience.
Spoken and written English mandatory, Spanish a plus.
Strong communicator and relator, solid and broad business process understanding.
Project Management experience (SCRUM, PMP), ITIL knowhow beyond theory.
Deep knowledge of the different e-governance requirements and tax systems in Brazil and across LATAM.
Team-oriented, self-driven and motivated personality, hands-on and flexible, thinking from the end.
Ability to understand complex and different types of requirements and translate those into technical concepts.
Excellent skills to interact with all levels of employees/executives.
Precise, systematic, accuracy and structured way of working.
Performance and result orientation.
Spoken and written English mandatory, Spanish a plus.
Migration and/or implementation S4/HANA and SAP Fiori application experience.
Knowledge in Supply Chain processes is a plus.
Experience working with FI, MM, SD and CO modules is a plus.
