We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-visibility S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition (PCE) implementation within the life sciences sector. This cross-regional project involves coordination among SAP teams across multiple market units, as well as customer teams based in China and the EU, under the oversight of a joint steering committee.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead end-to-end project management for the S/4HANA PCE implementation, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
• Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups including SAP teams, Customer China team, and Customer EU team
• Serve as the key liaison to the joint steering committee, preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports
• Utilize a range of project tracking tools to monitor and report on progress, identify risks, and manage mitigation strategies
• Oversee resource planning and ensure optimal utilization to meet project milestones
• Apply SAP Activate Methodology principles to structure and guide the project execution
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all involved parties

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP S/4HANA PCE implementation projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional, multi-national teams
• Demonstrated expertise in using project progress tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet)
• Solid understanding of resource planning and project control best practices
• Hands-on experience with SAP Activate Methodology
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Life sciences industry experience is a plus
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
