Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing SAP projects to join our consulting team. This role is ideal for a professional with proven expertise in leading complex, high-impact ERP implementations or enhancements, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.

What you will be doing:

• Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and manage project timelines, risks, and resources.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Monitor project performance and generate status reports for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices in SAP project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing SAP projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP implementations, upgrades, or enhancements across various modules and business functions.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex client environments and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
