Robert Bosch Kft. has been established in 1991 in Budapest as part of the Bosch Group. Currently more than 4500+ colleagues are working here together, most of them within the Engineering Center Budapest. Besides that, the location serves as the Bosch south-east European sales center for vehicle parts, vehicle-diagnostic equipment, power tools, thermo technology systems and security technologies. Furthermore, corporate functions are also present, such as logistics, finance, controlling, purchasing, communication and human resources.
Job Description
We take care about digitalization and work together in mixed teams with colleagues from Sales, Logistics, Finances and other process areas on the ongoing operation and development of our ERP systems and interfaces. We have a strong roadmap in front of us with > 50 S/4HANA rollouts to sales entities the upcoming years. Our target is to contribute successfully to the digital transformation.
►Be part of our Controlling ERP-team with responsibility for discovery phases and roll-outs of our PT CORE S/4HANA Sales template to country sales entities (CSOs) in Europe and Africa.
►Support SAP rollouts/migrations to S/4HANA by defining business requirements, documenting processes, conducting tests and trainings in the current SAP and future S/4HANA environment
►Training and coaching of user departments and key users on how to apply standard processes, considering local business requirements in order to optimize the business benefit
►Support operations in our mixed R/3 and S/4 system landscape
►Intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment
Qualifications
►Good communication skills, fluent in English
►Strong template and standardization mind
►Advanced knowledge of SAP-CO, also possible: SAP-FI, Sales (e.g. SD) or Logistics and willingness to gain knowledge in CO module
►Knowledge to work with interfaces (Business Warehouse, Financial Closing systems, etc.) and other process areas (PUR, LOG, Sales etc.)
►Experience in SAP implementation projects (e.g. as sub project leader, key user or consultant)
►Willingness to build up quickly deep knowledge in S/4HANA and corresponding tools/methods
►Team player
►Initiative, assertiveness, and enthusiasm
►Knowledge of (Controlling) processes within a sales entity
