Job Title: SAP PP DevOps Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP DevOps Lead to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP Production Planning (PP) along with extensive experience in DevOps practices and methodologies. You will be responsible for leading the DevOps initiatives within SAP PP, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of applications while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP PP/SAP QM developers and DevOps engineers.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for SAP PP applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in SAP and DevOps.
- Work closely with SAP MM, SD, QM, and WM/EWM teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in SAP PP with a strong understanding of production planning processes.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, automation, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their integration with SAP.
- Certification in SAP or DevOps methodologies.
