About You
In one of our Supply Chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. You will:
- Own and prioritize the Product Lifecycle backlog, translating business needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria that maximize product value.
- Lead the planning and delivery of Product Lifecycle enhancements, partnering with Product Management, UX, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Define and communicate product priorities and release plans, balancing business value, technical debt, innovation, and team capacity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, align priorities, and ensure solutions meet customer and business needs.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to the Agile delivery team, removing blockers, clarifying priorities, and driving successful sprint outcomes.
- Ensure quality through backlog refinement, acceptance criteria validation, user acceptance testing, and adherence to Definition of Done and non-functional requirements.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery and launch activities across engineering, UX, testing, DevOps, legal, training, documentation, marketing, and support functions.
- Support sprint reviews, product demonstrations, release planning, and rollout activities to drive successful adoption and continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain or other related field.
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, leading digital products that support supply chain, product lifecycle, or enterprise systems.
Experience with Product Lifecycle processes and systems across Product Lifecyle Management, Supplier Lifecyle Management and/or Master Data Governance.
Customer-centric mindset with design thinking skills to understand the customer's needs, drive research, design with empathy, understand customer engagement and apply whole-product thinking
Ability to trave up to 15%
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO or PSPO) with SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification, applying Agile principles to deliver scalable, supply‑chain‑enabled solutions.

Salary Range: 105,740 – 130,620 USD At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan.
