  • Define and communicate product priorities and release plans, balancing business value, technical debt, innovation, and team capacity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, align priorities, and ensure solutions meet customer and business needs.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to the Agile delivery team, removing blockers, clarifying priorities, and driving successful sprint outcomes.
  • Ensure quality through backlog refinement, acceptance criteria validation, user acceptance testing, and adherence to Definition of Done and non-functional requirements.
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery and launch activities across engineering, UX, testing, DevOps, legal, training, documentation, marketing, and support functions.
  • Support sprint reviews, product demonstrations, release planning, and rollout activities to drive successful adoption and continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Customer-centric mindset with design thinking skills to understand the customer's needs, drive research, design with empathy, understand customer engagement and apply whole-product thinking

  • Ability to trave up to 15%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
