- SAP-Support & Configuration: Provide hands‑on functional and technical support covering solvers, dispatchers, and ADM rules.
- Customize & Optimize Solutions: Configure pyramids, conflicts, dashboards, and multi‑user setups to meet business requirements and enhance planning performance.
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct gap assessments and define improvements to strengthen supply chain planning efficiency and operational execution.
- SAP-Integration: Ensure robust data flow and alignment of SAP PP, supporting accurate and reliable planning outcomes.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve OMP‑related challenges to minimize disruptions across planning activities.
- User Training & Knowledge Sharing: Deliver training and support to end users, empowering teams to adopt best practices confidently.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to upgrades, enhancements, and testing cycles that reinforce system quality, scalability, and resilience.
- Proven hands‑on SAP/Supply Chain experience, including solvers, dispatchers, and ADM rule configuration.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning processes (MPS, DPS, MRP, demand/supply balancing).
- Experience in process optimization, workflow enhancement, and planning process improvement.
