As SAP MES Developer you will be part of the Manufacturing IT Global Team responsible for the SAP modules MES in KION Group IT, and you will take the responsibility for developing and supporting SAP MES in the production area.

Business Application Programming (Java, HTML / UI5, JavaScript, MII Visual scripting) in the SAP Manufacturing area
Develop, create, customize, enhance, and test SAP Manufacturing objects
Provide 2nd line functional manufacturing support
Create system documentation for user training and operation
Support user training programs in Confluence
Collaboration with Business Stakeholders
Technology Stack you will work with:
SAP ECC/MES
SAP S/4 Hana
Java and Visual Scripting stack
JavaScript, SQL
Your Skills and Expertise:
approx. 3 years of experience in SAP programming (MII Visual scripting or SAP ABAP for DMC – Digital Manufacturing Cloud), preferably with some knowledge of SAP MES
Working knowledge of SQL
Java programming knowledge is nice to have
Interest in manufacturing processes and development of business applications in the area of SAP
Ability to effectively plan and organize own work
Good communication skills and ability to work in a global team
Fluent in English
