Job Description- Identify customer needs and requirements for SAP JIT environment;
- Align customer requirements with current solution and standards;
- Define functional requirements and create development specifications;
- Manage SAP JIT service backlog, prioritize change demands including the alignment into release cycles;
- Develop training documents with focus on key users and release notes with descriptions of new functionalities;
- Ensure 2nd and 3rd level support for WSD SAP JIT service;
- Contribute to projects as SAP JIT expert (including FLUX) and propose improvements for the service framework;
- Manage projects using IT Project management methodology.
- Minimum 3 years working with SAP JIT;
- Production planning process knowledge;
- Deep knowledge and understanding of SAP JIT environment;
- Advanced English skills. German is an advantage;
- Strong communication skills, persuasive power and intercultural sensitivity;
- Ability to handle conflicts and drive critical topics;
- Analytical skills and ability to manage projects;
- Proactive, customer-oriented and consulting-strong working and thinking;
- Competences to create and guide change processes;
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
