Perform accounts payable/receivable and general ledger transactions in the finance ERP, maintain system settings, prepare reports and audit support, implement procedures and controls, ensure quality and compliance, and support process improvements and new technologies for the country.

Administer and support Microsoft endpoint and collaboration platform services (SCCM, Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams). Design, develop, test and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate. Build reusable frameworks and unattended bots, integrate with APIs and databases, troubleshoot and optimize automations, document components, analyze business processes, translate requirements, advise stakeholders on feasibility and effort, apply governance and code-quality standards, perform reviews, and explore AI integrations to scale automation.

Lead technical enablement and community adoption for citizen development and AI. Build and maintain Power Platform and Copilot toolsets, advise on solution design, create a solution marketplace and knowledge hub, run community programs and training, and bridge business, IT and AI teams to scale automation and generative AI solutions.

Design, implement, and optimize PTC Windchill workflows, lifecycle templates, and Java-based customizations. Build automation solutions, analyze process requirements, ensure platform performance and stability, provide 3rd-level support and root-cause analysis, collaborate with engineering and IT stakeholders, and maintain technical documentation.

Designs, delivers and manages induction and ongoing training programs. Conducts training needs analyses, creates curricula and materials, runs trainings, collects and maintains training data, and prepares reports. Advises HR and business stakeholders, supports roll-outs of global/local training initiatives, and drives continuous improvement of training processes and tools.

Develops and maintains production test programs and work instructions; supports design, installation and validation of test equipment, test tables, test boards and vision systems; performs technical error analyses and root-cause investigations for customer claims; manages change control, backups, and test parameters; provides feedback to production technology and shares lessons learned across the production management network.

Lead and manage the Product Section organization to meet KPIs, standards and budgets. Drive continuous improvement, Lean/5S/Kaizen initiatives, process optimization, team performance, succession planning and country-level functional accountability across multiple units.

Drive production efficiency improvements by implementing monitoring systems (KOSU, VSM, 5S), performing industrial engineering time analyses (REFA/MTM), balancing processes, maintaining manufacturing master data (workstation docs, MES, capacity and ramp-up planning), and supporting product changes and equipment/process development.

Designs and validates technical solutions, develops or integrates software, performs white-box testing, documents projects, provides L2/L3 support, establishes development guidelines, and handles small projects with substantial development responsibility.

Manage and close supplier quality complaints (8D/CONC), analyze faulty parts, approve and archive PCNs/PPAPs/PSWs, monitor supplier issues, review control plans, ensure IATF audit readiness, and stop production/dispatch to mitigate nonconformances.

Coordinate collection, weighing, ERP recording, sorting and recycling of production scrap; prepare reports and documents; perform gap analyses, support scrap sales reconciliation and internal audits.

Lead and manage the plant-level Segment unit to meet KPIs, enforce standards and processes, coach and develop team members, plan activities, and drive continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.

Lead and manage the production segment to meet KPIs and governance standards. Supervise and develop team members, implement Lean improvements (Kaizen, 5S, Kanban), optimize OEE, enforce HSE, and resolve production bottlenecks through root-cause analysis.

Lead deployment of LEONI and customer quality strategies, manage customer quality interface, drive corrective actions and rework, support pre-production and production, perform audits, negotiate warranty liability, and evaluate supplier and project-specific quality requirements.

Lead and manage the Tooling Preparation team, ensuring timely tooling construction/modification and adherence to standards and KPIs. Drive continuous improvement, implement LEONI Operating System at plant level, plan team activities, set objectives, coach staff, and coordinate internal/external resources for production tooling delivery.

Support development, validation and integration of production equipment and processes for wiring harness assembly. Maintain manufacturing master data (MRP, MES, BOM, drawings), create work instructions and FMEAs, manage change control, and train/ support production teams to implement new products, tooling, and line layouts.

Manage end-to-end personnel administration: employee lifecycle, contracts, payroll data entry, HR records and reports, access rights, certificates, and local compliance. Serve as first contact for HR queries, support performance appraisals, improve PA processes, and support global/local HR initiatives.
