Partner with business leaders to design and execute employee strategy: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, salary processes, talent management, succession planning, coaching, and HR policy deployment and coordination across HR functions.

Provide end-to-end support for business travel for employees (initially Germany), enforce travel policy compliance, manage disruptions, coordinate with stakeholders and providers, analyze and improve travel processes, support reporting and create travel documentation and training materials.

Lead technical enablement and community building for global citizen development and AI adoption. Maintain and improve Power Platform and Copilot toolkits, provide solution guidance and troubleshooting, create a knowledge hub and marketplace, run training and community initiatives, and bridge business, IT, and AI to drive scalable adoption and governance.

Develops and maintains test programs, sequences, and work instructions; supports design, installation, validation, and backup of test equipment and vision systems; performs technical error and root-cause analyses for customer claims; provides feedback to production technology and implements lessons learned across production management.

Designs and manages global learning and capability development programs, defines learning standards and frameworks, supports LMS governance, deploys blended learning offerings, manages providers and digital tools, advises stakeholders on learning strategy, facilitates trainings, and monitors learning effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

Lead and manage the plant Quality Laboratory: supervise team, evaluate lab results to customer specifications and LEONI standards, oversee calibration, set objectives, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement and governance adherence.

Design, modernize, and maintain scalable C#/.NET applications, migrate legacy systems, use AI tools to optimize development, lead architecture and code reviews, mentor developers, troubleshoot defects, and participate across the full SDLC.

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate. Build scalable frameworks (REFramework), unattended bots, and integrate with APIs and databases. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes, translate requirements into technical solutions, advise on feasibility and effort, ensure governance and code quality, perform reviews, and explore AI integrations to support scaling and continuous improvement.

Lead and execute IT operations tasks including 1st/2nd level service desk, supporting 3rd level, incident and service request prioritization, system administration and monitoring, identity and access management, IT continuity planning, and ensuring security protections and operational procedures.
