Lead the Production Engineering organization to meet plant KPIs and performance targets. Drive engineering projects, new product introductions, process and technology implementation, and continuous improvement (VAVE, Lean, Six Sigma). Manage budgets, resources, standards, and engineering support for launches while developing and coaching the engineering team.

Identify training needs, design and implement training and onboarding programs, coordinate schedules to match shift patterns, evaluate training effectiveness, and ensure HR compliance with ISO 9000, ISO 45000, ISO 14000 and IATF standards.

Support development and integration of production equipment and processes, create and maintain manufacturing master data and work instructions, implement change management and validate/release production equipment, and define assembly line processes and material flows in coordination with production and country teams.

Lead and manage the plant Quality Laboratory: supervise team, evaluate lab results to customer specifications and LEONI standards, oversee calibration, set objectives, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement and governance adherence.

Manage supplier and article master data, process MRP results and supplier orders, monitor deliveries and inventory levels, coordinate technical change orders, conduct supplier performance reviews, support cycle counts, and identify supply-chain risks and improvement opportunities to ensure timely component availability.

Lead and coordinate international GBS projects from concept to implementation, design and standardize end-to-end service models, drive automation/AI and process mining initiatives, prepare analyses and KPIs, facilitate stakeholder workshops, monitor project and process performance, and support development of governance and a multi-year GBS roadmap.

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate. Build scalable frameworks (REFramework), unattended bots, and integrate with APIs and databases. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes, translate requirements into technical solutions, advise on feasibility and effort, ensure governance and code quality, perform reviews, and explore AI integrations to support scaling and continuous improvement.

Lead and supervise the production segment to meet KPIs, enforce standards and governance, identify and implement process improvements, coach team members, and foster safety-first culture while troubleshooting technical bottlenecks.

Drive production efficiency improvements using IE methods and lean tools (KOSU, VSM, 5S). Analyze processes to find bottlenecks and MUDA, balance lines, maintain manufacturing master data (workstation docs, MES, capacity and ramp-up planning), support change management and new product/process implementation, and coordinate equipment development with production teams.

Plan and schedule production capacity and shifts, optimize equipment utilization, ensure on-time production, track daily/weekly/monthly targets, support production control, analyze prior production results (efficiency, quality, waste, rejects) and implement corrective measures (e.g., KOSU, KATA) or escalate as needed.

Lead and execute global HR projects and site launches, ensure HR governance and standardized processes, support country HR during ramp-ups/transfers, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and coach HR teams to achieve operational excellence.

Provide SAP FI/CO support across Financial Accounting and Controlling (GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, e-invoicing); coordinate cross‑module projects (MM/SD/PP‑FIN); support cost/profit center accounting; deliver key‑user training, documentation, and business requirement clarification; drive system improvements and module integration.

Lead and execute IT operations tasks including 1st/2nd level service desk, supporting 3rd level, incident and service request prioritization, system administration and monitoring, identity and access management, IT continuity planning, and ensuring security protections and operational procedures.

Lead plant-facing project activities for product launch and ramp-up: represent plant interests, manage PAM releases and CapEx, create detailed ramp-up plans, coordinate run@rate, monitor KPIs and P&L, identify risks/opportunities, implement corrective actions, and share lessons learned.

Provide first- and second-level IT support: triage incoming tickets across channels, diagnose and resolve issues or escalate, maintain ITSM records, support data center availability, handle access requests, and create knowledge-base articles.
