Lead local Finance Automation & RPA efforts within the Finance Shared Service Center: identify automation and AI opportunities, gather and validate business requirements, support and coordinate existing automations, liaise with IT and global automation teams, and report pipeline, risks and benefits to management.

Provide 1st/2nd-level IT support, assist 3rd-level support, administer and monitor IT systems, manage identity and access, maintain IT continuity plans, and implement security protections and operational procedures.

Administer and support Microsoft-based digital workplace services including SCCM, Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and Windows 10/11 endpoints. Handle provisioning, deployment, patching, compliance, incident resolution, monitoring, and automation using PowerShell. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams while creating technical documentation and participating in workplace modernization initiatives.

Lead project performance measurement and project controlling from RFQ to end of production. Analyze project profitability, advise project managers on risks and margin improvement, consolidate project P&Ls, maintain calculation methods and tools, and act as controlling hub and interface to accounting and functional controlling.

Lead and manage the Test Technology team at plant level, ensuring process and governance adherence, implementing LEONI Operating System, driving improvements, setting objectives, developing staff, and delivering timely test-technology services to meet KPIs.

Manage ordering, release, installation and support of tooling for product changes and new introductions. Interface with suppliers and production engineers, create maintenance instructions and training, set up spare parts database, establish setup parameters, coordinate auxiliary tools/fixtures, implement lessons learned, and support technical changes and traceability for tooling and assembly facilities.

Plan and prioritize cutting and assembly orders, redistribute machine workload for maintenance or material issues, create OTIF reports, monitor schedule adherence, escalate deviations, and drive continuous improvements in machine planning and assembly sequencing.

Prepare and review corporate tax returns, reporting and disclosures; monitor WHT and DAC6 obligations; calculate current and deferred tax; support audits, tax rulings, year-end disclosures, tax risk controls, training rollouts, and provide day-to-day tax advice for local business projects and continuous improvement.

Implement LEONI Operating System, establish equipment parameters and work instructions, support and train maintenance team, manage commissioning, downtime resolution, spare parts levels, and drive continuous improvement for production equipment.

Lead and manage the plant-level Industrial Engineering team to meet KPIs, identify and implement productivity improvements, ensure standards and governance, perform time studies and line balancing, plan team activities, set objectives, and drive training, performance, and change management.

Manage cost center and cost object structures, perform cost center planning and monitoring (plan vs actual), calculate performance rates for projects, support customer project costing, cash controlling and investment evaluations, deliver KPI reporting and ad-hoc analyses, and support Accounting with cost assignments.

Lead development, standardization, and continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and governance. Support project management software, conduct training, organize governance meetings and gate reviews, track KPIs, and facilitate stakeholder communication and knowledge sharing across global teams.

Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates using job boards, social media, and ATS. Coordinate interviews, perform background and reference checks, negotiate offers, and maintain candidate relationships for future hiring needs.

Provide end-to-end support for business travel for employees (initially Germany), enforce travel policy compliance, manage disruptions, coordinate with stakeholders and providers, analyze and improve travel processes, support reporting and create travel documentation and training materials.

Lead technical enablement and community building for global citizen development and AI adoption. Maintain and improve Power Platform and Copilot toolkits, provide solution guidance and troubleshooting, create a knowledge hub and marketplace, run training and community initiatives, and bridge business, IT, and AI to drive scalable adoption and governance.

Develops and maintains test programs, sequences, and work instructions; supports design, installation, validation, and backup of test equipment and vision systems; performs technical error and root-cause analyses for customer claims; provides feedback to production technology and implements lessons learned across production management.

Lead and manage the Production Concept organization, define standards, governance, budgets and KPIs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, oversee multiple units, improve team performance, and implement change management, succession planning, and coaching in automotive production environments.

Lead and manage the plant Quality Laboratory: supervise team, evaluate lab results to customer specifications and LEONI standards, oversee calibration, set objectives, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement and governance adherence.

Support development and integration of production equipment and processes, create and maintain manufacturing master data and work instructions, implement change management and validate/release production equipment, and define assembly line processes and material flows in coordination with production and country teams.
