As an SAP Integration Engineer in our innovative IT & Digitalization team, you will become the architect of our interconnected business processes. In the IT & Digitalization area, we are responsible for platforms that support business-critical applications and their seamless interaction. We implement cutting-edge architectures and provide reliable tools for integration with central business systems, with the goal of establishing more efficient implementations between SAP, cloud-based systems, and partners.
In addition to our diverse benefits, you can expect an attractive starting salary between €77,600/year and €93,900/year plus a variable component for a full-time position. The starting salary is based on your qualifications and professional experience.
Your tasks as a digital bridge builder:
Take on full responsibility for the design, implementation, and operation of new and existing integration solutions based on the SAP Business Technology Platform Integration Suite
Actively work on designing and configuring future-proof integration architectures and evaluate the possibilities of SAP BTP-IS and AWS
Provide qualified support to application teams with integration-specific challenges and ensure compliance with operational guidelines and standards
Maintain existing legacy integrations based on SAP Process Orchestration in collaboration with internal and external colleagues
Manage sub-projects with technical responsibility and lead projects of limited scope
Advise internal and external stakeholders on integration solutions and ensure their smooth implementation
Continuously stay informed about best practices and current market solutions and actively contribute to improvement processes
With this profile, you will convince us:
A university degree in computer science or a comparable technical field
Solid knowledge and several years of professional experience in the SAP integration environment, especially with SAP PO, CPI, and the SAP BTP Integration Suite, as well as experience in B2B integrations
Expertise in common interface technologies such as OData, REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, and JMS as well as mapping implementations, iFlow design, and Java/Groovy scripts
Ideally, experience with hyperscalers, preferably AWS, and understanding of the architectural concepts of cloud-based integrations
You have basic understanding of relevant business processes in areas such as logistics, sales, finance, or plant operations
You can professionaly work with agile methods and a structured approach to complex technical challenges
You have excellent analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Fluent communication in English round of your profile; German skills are an advantage
