About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Lead to drive the end-to-end implementation of SAP at Outreach as we transition from our current NetSuite ERP platform. This individual will play a critical role in leading the ERP transformation program, partnering with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure a successful migration and adoption of SAP across the organization.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact ERP transformation initiative and play a key role in shaping the future business systems landscape at Outreach. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver one of the company's most strategic programs.

The ideal candidate will possess deep SAP implementation expertise, strong business process knowledge, and proven experience managing complex ERP transformation projects.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

  • Lead the end-to-end SAP implementation program, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Accounting, IT, FP&A, Revenue Operations, and other business teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Drive the migration from NetSuite to SAP while ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Work closely with implementation partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Define and manage project governance, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Lead business process reviews and recommend best practices aligned with SAP capabilities.
  • Oversee data migration, system integrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
  • Ensure successful implementation of core finance and procurement processes across the organization.
  • Develop implementation documentation, process flows, training materials, and operating procedures.
  • Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide post-implementation configuration support and manage ongoing system administration activities.
  • Own the end-to-end ticket management process, ensuring timely resolution of employee-raised issues.

Our Vision of You:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 7–9 years of hands-on SAP implementation experience.
    • Proven experience of leading multiple full-cycle SAP implementation project.
    • Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and project management principles.
    • Deep functional knowledge of:
      • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
      • Record-to-Report (R2R)
      • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
      • Experience working with cross-functional business teams and senior stakeholders.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience leading or participating in a NetSuite-to-SAP migration project.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Previous people management or team leadership experience.
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Professional certifications in SAP or Project Management are a plus.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred.
