Job Description
- Function payments industry, card products, and transaction lifecycle
- Retail card programs and aviation-related card programs (AIRCard)
- Regulatory and compliance aspects in payment
- POS systems, merchant onboarding, settlement processes
- Function of systems similar to those in the architecture (Azure-hosted solutions, SQL-based systems, API-driven platforms)
- Collaborate on product requirements, feature mapping, and system migration planning
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
- Identifying gaps in current vs. target-state product features
- Communicate bridge business & technology stakeholders
Position Requirements:
- Seniority: 8+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record in enterprise-scale payment systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Comfortable working in hybrid business/technical discussions
- Availability to participate fully during the workshop sessions
