SAP Functional Analyst SD (m/f)
Responsabilities:
Configure, customize, test, and support SAP SD solutions in line with agreed functional and technical specifications;
Lead local projects or workstreams, ensuring timely and quality delivery of assigned activities;
Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops with business stakeholders and translate needs into functional solutions;
Drive solution design activities, ensuring alignment with global standards and process frameworks;
Advise business stakeholders on Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process improvements and optimization opportunities.
Provide local and global support and consultancy on SAP SD and O2C processes.
Work closely with other SAP workstreams (e.g., MM, FI, PP) to ensure full integration and end‑to‑end process consistency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or another relevant IT‑related field;
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on configuration and support experience in the O2C area (SAP SD);
Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation covering Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes;
Knowledge of SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) (preferred);
Proficiency in Pricing, including condition techniques, and BRF+ configuration and integration via APIs;
Experience supporting global projects and strategic initiatives, working in multicultural and cross‑functional environments;
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good time management and project management skills;
