What you need to be successful
Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FSCM components:
- Credit Management (FIN-FSCM-CR)
- Collections Management (FIN-FSCM-COL)
- Dispute Management (FIN-FSCM-DM)
- CVI synchronization (Customer to BP Conversion)
- Biller Direct / Customer Financial Portal (optional)
- Configure Credit Master Data, Credit Rules, Risk Categories, Scoring, and Automatic Credit Exposure.
- Set up Collections strategies, worklists, correspondence templates, dunning rules, and dispute workflows.
- Configure Dispute Case Types, reason codes, workflows, SLA tracking, and approval processes.
- Establish integration with FI-AR, SD Sales Order Credit Check, and Treasury (BCM) -nice to have.
- Support Credit Exposure Integration with:
- FI-AR open items
- SD Sales orders and deliveries
- Billing and payment history
- Build interfaces with external credit rating agencies (e.g., D&B, Experian) and internal scoring rules.
- Conduct functional testing, UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
- Prepare functional specs, test scripts, configuration documents, and training material.
- Work with ABAP & middleware teams for enhancements, BADIs, workflows, and Fiori app enablement.
Technical Skills Required Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- FSCM Credit Management (Scoring, Risk Classes, Credit Limits, Business Partner integration)
- Collections Management (Collection Strategies, Worklists, Promise to Pay)
- Dispute Management (Case Management, Workflow, Approvals)
- Business Partner (BP) setup and roles
- SAP SD credit checks (automatic & manual)
- Process Integration between FSCM and FI/SD
Experience with:
- BADI implementation, and FSCM workflows
- Bank Communication Management (BCM) and Treasury (optional)
- Fiori apps for Credit/Dispute/Collections (optional)
Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience managing SAP FICO and working with high demand, fast-paced IT organizations
- Experience in manufacturing, especially specialty chemicals or similar environment will be an added advantage.
- Strong breadth and depth across IT technologies to make and recommend solutions
- Exceptional customer focus and bias for action
- High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Challenger mindset and passion to challenge status quo to find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas - loves and embraces change
