Job Description:
Tasks, role & responsibilities:
- Posting Accounts Receivable in SAP by timely handling daily transactions;
- Enters sales orders, invoices into the AR ledger, reconciles invoices and ensures the accuracy of sales invoices and ledger data;
- Reconciles payment receipts with invoices;
- Follows up on receivables aging and performs collections according to agreed practices and schedules;
- Assists customers with various questions, problems, and proposals related to Accounts Receivable;
- Supports the flow of transactions and documents within the Accounts Receivable service process;
- Payment run for Account Payable (3 ways match PO-GR-Invoice);
- Fixed asset management;
- Improves relevant process instructions and identifies the need for new standards;
- Participation in the end of the month and GL reconciliation of accounting entries;
- Supporting Team Leads in financial tasks and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Economics or similar;
- 3+ years of experience in SAP AR Accounting;
- SAP S/4HANA Account receivable experience is a must, others modules will be an asset;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, ppt), VBA, SQL will be an asset;
- Excellent analytical, communication, solving problems skills and strong orientation on details;
- Good English knowledge (B2 written and verbal);
- Ability to work in international environment.
