  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into detailed functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis between legacy financial processes and SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Recommend scalable, compliant solutions that balance operational needs with system constraints and best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Advisory

  • Influence decisions related to financial architecture, data structures, and reporting strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Transportation, Supply Chain, Procurement) to ensure end-to-end financial integration

Testing, Validation & Deployment Support

  • Define and support financial testing strategies, including SIT and UAT, ensuring solutions meet business and compliance requirements.
  • Validate financial data accuracy, reporting outputs, and reconciliation processes.
  • Support deployment planning, cutover activities, and transition to steady-state operations.

Change Management & Financial Process Adoption

  • Support organizational change initiatives by helping stakeholders adapt to modernized financial processes and systems.
  • Contribute to training materials and user education on SAP financial functionality and controls.
  • Identify adoption risks and provide actionable recommendations to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.

Continuous Improvement & Financial Optimization
