Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Delivery & Management:
- Develop and manage the solution delivery roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Oversee the innovation pipeline and continuous improvement plans.
- Ensure support structures and KPIs are maintained.
- Act as the primary point of contact for aligning solution priorities with BPOs and functional heads.
Governance & Strategy:
- Develop strategies, initiatives, and communication plans to maximize value, adoption, and satisfaction of the solution.
- Own the delivery and associated metrics (e.g., SLA).
- Manage enhancement requests and prioritize them in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Handle support escalations at level 3 when necessary to ensure continuity.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage vendors to ensure expected performance levels.
- Ensure business analysts effectively address requirements from business partners/BPO networks.
- Oversee and control any implementation impacting your solution, managing dependencies with other solutions.
Documentation & Change Management:
- Ensure documentation is up to date.
- Manage the transition to Run phase.
- Work closely with various departments to design cross-application flows and ensure process maintenance and enhancement.
Leadership:
- Lead and manage team capacity and activities.
- Champion change management processes.
- Provide functional and SAP expertise guidance to the team.
- Support strategic decision-making and long-term solution planning.
- Conduct business relationship management to align priorities and ensure business value.
- Develop action plans for continuous improvement and address recurrent incidents.
- Foster skill development within the team.
Support:
- Support level 2 and 3 teams for complex topics.
- Perform knowledge transfer to support teams, enhancing their autonomy.
- Provide solution guidance.
Required Skills and Experience:
Technical Skills:
- Must: Experienced in IT best practices.
- Must: Proficiency in SAP FI CO, test campaign executions & automation tools, interface implementation, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
Soft Skills:
- Must: Excellent relationship-building skills, ability to work with multiple teams, fast learner, adaptability, critical thinking, strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity.
Experience:
- Must: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, including SAP FICO experience.
- Must: Experience in an international, multicultural environment, within a large IT company, and in a team-oriented and collaborative setting.
Languages:
- Fluent in English.
Education:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a Finance or Computer Science
