On behalf of our Client, a global consulting company which is building their new SAP implementation teams in Poland, we are looking for SAP FICO Principal and Senior Consultants, who will work on process and configuration consulting for Finance Transformation (R2R) within SAP FI/CO and SAP Central Finance.
In the role of a Principal Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Requirements
The candidate is expected to be a senior member with 7-20 years of experience with expertise in Finance & Controlling and SAP Central Finance. Should have implementation experience in SAP projects including in-depth customizing and process skills in SAP FI CO and good understanding of the integration of Finance with other SAP modules. Experience in strategy consulting and designing solutions for Finance management will be a huge additional asset. You should have:
- Full life cycle implementation cycle with Blueprinting, fit gap analysis, configurations, data migrations, cutovers and go- live experience;
- Experience in working with Business Leads in developing Central Finance strategy, driving business workshops, identifying gaps, finalizing requirements and design solutions;
- Innovative ideas which will provide value to the customer;
- Experience in developing functional recommendations including process changes;
- Good knowledge of best practices, common technical issues & approaches;
- Experience in owning the project deliverables;
- At least two SAP Central Finance Implementations;
- Experience with Consolidation, Reporting and Reconciliation aspects for Balances and transactions
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance or relevant SAP certifications will be an additional advantage.
- Very good communication skills;

Skills Required
- 7-20 years of experience in Finance and Controlling and SAP Central Finance
