Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain SAP FI/CO sub-modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Design functional specifications for custom developments (WRICEF), specifically focusing on FI/CO solutions and reconciliation tools between Wallet Operations and SAP.
- Support high-volume data integration, ensuring that daily transactional data from payment gateways and digital wallets flows into SAP without errors or data loss.
- Lead business blueprinting workshops to gather requirements from finance stakeholders and map them to standard SAP best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root-cause analysis for complex financial discrepancies or interface failures.
- Optimize the Month-End Closing, automating manual entries and recurring tasks to ensure a faster and more accurate financial close.
- Conduct Systems Integration Testing (SIT), and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all financial logic meets strict audit and compliance standards.
- Provide end-user training and create detailed functional documentation to empower the Finance team to better utilize SAP solutions.
