Key Responsibilities
Lead the fit-gap analysis, design, and implementation of SAP solutions in line with Finance initiatives related project and Change Request focusing on Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
Handle system configuration and functional testing for SAP FICO solutions in accordance with best practices to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Performs Production support for relevant SAP service requests and incidents that requires troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and resolution.
Provide custom developments (WRICEF) functional specification design and performs functional and regression testing.
Develop training materials and conduct SAP training workshops to process owners and end users.
