We are looking for a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant to lead the finance and controlling workstream in a multinational S/4HANA implementation project within the life sciences industry. This role combines solution design leadership with team management, ensuring alignment with both EU business requirements and global standards from the customer headquarters.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead the FICO track, guiding both SAP consultants and customer-side resources across multiple regions
• Design and deliver finance and controlling solutions that align with customer business and IT requirements
• Ensure compliance with global-template standards while adapting solutions to meet specific EU country localization needs
• Coordinate closely with EU business stakeholders and global headquarters to validate and refine solution proposals
• Manage deliverables, timelines, and resource assignments within the FICO workstream
• Support testing, training, and deployment activities for FICO solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice alignment across the project team

• Extensive experience in SAP FICO module implementation, preferably in global S/4HANA programs
• Proven leadership in managing functional teams and cross-company project resources
• Deep understanding of both global template and local EU country finance requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology
• Experience in the life sciences industry is an advantage
• Fluent in English; additional EU language skills are a plus
