Position Title: SAP FICO Consultant
Location: McKinley West, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig
Work arrangements options:

• Hybrid set up at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig office (3 days from office and 2 days from home)
• Role also open for remote set up

Position Overview:
As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP FICO solutions, particularly for clients in the Manufacturing industry. This role involves gathering financial requirements, designing SAP FICO solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, and providing end-user training. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical experts to optimize financial operations and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP FICO Implementation and Configuration:
  • Lead the implementation and customization of SAP FICO to align with business and financial requirements.
  • Configure and optimize General Ledger Accounting (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO) functionalities.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules such as MM and SD.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze financial processes, and design effective SAP FICO solutions.
  • Manage key financial activities, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and controlling functionalities.
• Business Process Analysis and Solution Design:
  • Work closely with clients to analyze financial processes and recommend best practices.
  • Design and document effective SAP FICO solutions tailored to the Manufacturing industry.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within financial operations and provide expert recommendations.
• Support, Troubleshooting, and User Training:
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations.
  • Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation to ensure smooth adoption of SAP FICO solutions.
  • Assist in system testing, go-live, and post-go-live support to ensure project success.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure SAP FICO configurations meet financial reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with audit preparation, financial reporting, and controlling functionalities.
  • Support clients in generating financial reports and analyzing financial data.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with expertise in implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO processes, including financial accounting, controlling, and integration with other modules.
• Hands-on experience in SAP FICO integration with MM and SD modules.
• Experience working with clients in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues within the SAP FICO module.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, demonstrating flexibility in meeting client needs.
